Since last night, the internet has updated CNAMEs and subdomains, Jenelle and I stained the deck, and there was a whole day of work, each. Now the website is running again after a few hours this morning of whited-out text while stylesheets and images weren't located due to missing files host and subdomains being out of synch. Now I'm just showing off.
Known issues:
-archives are wacky (I don't know how to resolve this one without a ton of work or the world's most hideous drop-down)
-the old URL requires a click-through (I'm debating whether to put in a redirect or not; my thought is that the click is a tax on not updating bookmarks, thus incentive to change)
-some links don't return to the front/index/main page (likely no fix for this)
