It's a dreary Tuesday night in the valley, unseasonably cold and intolerably damp. The remedy for me is Greg Brown & Prairie Home online, the sheepskin, and 'Bimini' from Islands in the Stream. April Smith and the Great Picture Show were singing a very Spider Nick-ish song called "Colors" and Davey had the big fish on the line; the kazoo started wailing out the melody and suddenly it felt un-dreary.
