It was Jenelle's birthday on Thursday and we celebrated at home with gifts from afar and then at dinner at Bolete/cake at home. I think it was about as good a weeknight birthday can be, but certainly warranted more fun. We had all of our friends over on Saturday to inaugurate the deck stairs, eat some grilled food, and enjoy one last late-summer bbq. Just in time, apparently, because this morning the weather was cold, trees were turning, and apples lined Route 100 as we set out to find pants. There was also plenty of football action as M and MSU advanced their unbeaten records into next week's big showdown.
Also: I figured out Monthly Archives and all are up to date. Whew. Webmasterin' is hard!
