Back from Michigan this afternoon amidst the bomb-scare craziness. It was a productive but long week, replete with first-shift starts and 'we work until dark' stops. It's like being on ship but with responsibilities and clean clothes. Midweek I met Doug at Walldorff Brewpub & Bistro in Hastings, MI. I didn't link their website, that is how far out of the way Hastings, MI, is, but it was halfway between Doug and I so we had some pretty good food and got caught up. Pretty sweet.

Tonight is a whirlwind of grocery, phone calls, food prep, and packing so that I can get back on the road tomorrow for my first away football game: M v PSU, primetime white-out with Ryan and his college peeps. I'll be the one with the maize visor.
