It was the heaviest, wettest snow we'd had in months. It totally destroyed the pumpkins and the tail end of the garden.
Amidst the snow there was a neighborhood parents' Halloween party hosted by Matt and April, dinner and a movie at home, some college football interrupted a few times an hour by blinking electricity as trees snapped all over town, breakfast at Blue Sky with the biggest gas/bank/redbox wild goose chase imaginable.
